Margaret A. Crawford joined Joseph & Cohen as Of Counsel in 2016. Ms. Crawford focuses her practice on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, with a particular emphasis on business and technology litigation. She has over ten years of experience working for global Am Law 100 ranked firms, boutique firms and in her own practice. Ms. Crawford has represented public and private companies, from large institutions to startups, as wells as investors, developers, entrepreneurs and employees. Her practice includes contract and business tort disputes; intellectual property disputes, such as trade secret, trademark, trade dress and copyright litigation; and employment disputes. Ms. Crawford has trial, mediation, arbitration and appellate experience.
Ms. Crawford did her undergraduate work at the University of California, Berkeley, where she made the Dean’s List. She attended law school at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of the Hastings International and Comparative Law Review.
